Making ticket on his behalf as he doesn't have a forum account and is banned with no help for many days now, he is losing his mind and just wants to play, he was banned 1+ years ago while not even playing the game due to an attempted hack or something so his account was locked, now he is waiting days still after providing all the required info, this is not fair you have people wait this long to be unbanned. Thanks
