I spoke with a ZOS employ 2 days ago and he agreed to give me my account back but it is still banned

@ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_Adrikoth @ZOS_BillE @ZOS_KaiSchober @ZOS_AntonioP @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_RichLambert @ZOS_Racheal @ZOS_FelixP I spoke with a gentleman named Traci Wednesday May 7th at 11:30 AM PST and because I have never had a infraction in 10 years and once he heard me out and agreed to reinstate my account, which I was grateful for. It is now Friday and my account is still banned. Does it take a while to unban someone? Thanks for reading and your help I am itching to play.

We just asked Customer Service to take a look at your ticket again. They are working to resolve this as soon as they can.

For 17.05.2025 years I have linked a prohibited link to the chat zone instead of a chant about recruiting to the guild. I have blocked my account. I sincerely apologize to the community and ask to unblock my account or change my punishment for 72 hours of ban if possible. From now on, I will be careful with prohibited links to chat zones and ask for help in this matter Dear Kevin and Gene.
