Bane is in OC. In the room just before the last boss when you jump down into the water.
Skorhif's conundrum is where the 2nd mini-boss portal spawns on a platform to the left, but it doesn't always show as visble but you can reticle over it and read it - at least I think it is that one. It's either there or in the room just before the 2nd boss with the three tormented wamasu-type things.

Djennku✭✭✭✭✭Can confirm that the 'Letter from Stirk Fellowship" does not exist. I went in on an alt and started the quest from Skordo, checked inventory, etc. but that method doesn't have it either.
I also ran around a few fighter's guilds as well as areas from the prologue, because the letter seems to describe a quest point from something like the crown store (nothing there either), or even a location prior to arriving in Solstice itself, since it directs you to speak to Mirmal.
If anyone discovers it, let us know. My best guess is it's on a desk somewhere if overland, or even not on the island at all. It might even be prologue related.
This rounds up the non-existant books to three now; "Letter from Aradros" and "Yffre's Hymn" in [West Weald Writings], and "Letter from the Stirk Fellowship" in [Solstice Summations]
@ZOS_Kevin can you forward this to the team that works on these so we can eventually get these fixed? Ty!@Djennku, PCNA.

Can someone suggest me some location where to find bookshelves other than Gandranen ruins delve in shadowfen and mage guilds?
I'am scouting Ayled ruins but if anyone could share some locations it would be easier

Do you mean especially in Shadowfenn? There i think Gandranen is address No.1, some bookshelves i remember in Stormhold, south of the fighters guild is an entrance to a mortuary.
If you mean overall Tamriel... hmm... Ayleid Ruins and mages Guildhalls are mostly the best places. The map story lines often have at some point a quest related location with tons of bookshelves, like Holamayan in Vvardenfell or the library of Castle Mornard in Vastyr for example. Post quest not accesible, mostly.
A collection of high bookshelve density locations would be a nice idea, i guess.
Edit: oh, and for Galen i mentioned lately:Also in Galen you can find a bunch of bookshelves in Castle Tonnere's underground. Round a dozen iirc. Enemies there, so sneak or kill them. I don't have a clear idea if all base game bookshelf use the same pool or if they are grouped by factions, regions or something else.
I still miss a few from base zones and mages guilds are not helping enough.

What is "70+" in Gandranan? Is that a number from the lore book add-on?
Then the bookshelves in Imperial City are possible find spots too. Lots of described "Shadowfen-bookshelve-books" i found in IC.
Maybe elsewhere too, i don't know.

Djennku✭✭✭✭✭BTW, I looked everywhere I could in Vashabar for the letter, but couldn't find it. It might be hiding in a building sonewhere or a place related to king nathaniel(?). Can't remember all the locations, so hopefully someone else fibds it out there.@Djennku, PCNA.

I swear it wasn't there pre U-46, I scoured that place, and I see nothing in the patch notes.
It was a hidden patch note.
Fixed another batch of clipping/floating objects, creatures, books, and harvest nodes across the game.
